I've discovered the 8th moon's western 2010 date is Sept. 22 (providing the web search was correct). I keep feeling there's a health event involved here, despite my question is regarding finances and the changing results. Does the 2nd changing line cancel the statement re misfortune? Does changing to 24 mean whatever kind of misfortune is no matter, as all will be well? Hmmm.
Oh well, I'm new to this teaching, and I've satisfied my curiosity for now. After all, if I can't interpret the statements for my situation, all is meaningless. So far, I can't see the teaching being harmful, though, as I found that for myself, TAROT and "Sensitive Psychic" consultation WAS harmful, in that I made unwise decisions based on those consults.
Perhaps even with I Ching, one could consult too much, or with wrong interpretation make unwise choices? Yet how would one learn it, if not posing relevant important questions for guidance, and why do it if not following the guidance?
I'm going to study all my previous answers to a handful of questions I've consulted on. That should keep me plenty busy. I do like this site, and perhaps I'll return with a question and/or comments later this year.

A coins consult March 29 had given me the 14/54. As the question concerned finances, I was hoping that 54 was just a cautionary statement for me not to fall victim to getting involved in a bad relationship, which I have been inclined to do. As I feel sure I've been totally cured from such desires, I was hoping 54 was just a reminder. Knowing I will not get involved in such a way, I'm satisfied with the answer, 19/24, thanking heaven for the 2nd line.
